SECURE MESSAGING and ONLINE CONSULTATION are now available on this site. Do not use the "non-secure" email address for email online consultation. Such email from that address will not be read or answered. You must LOGIN (or register as a NEW USER and login) in order to use this service and email communication. If you are a new user, you will be notified by email when your access to these services are approved. Secure messaging will allow secure communication (general questions; appointments, etc.) via the Internet with our office staff. There is no fee for secure messaging.

You may wish to try Online Consultation. ONLINE CONSULTATION will allow secure communication via the Internet with Dr. Harper. Patients will be able to perform on line consultations with the doctor. This service IS NOT intended for emergency situations nor will it be considered a substitute for needed office visits.

We know that coming in for an office visit is not always convenient and has a real cost to you as a patient. Co-payments, gas and parking, lost wages, child care and other costs of office visits add up and we are sensitive to these costs and value your time. Our online Consultation service and modest associated fee are designed not only for your convenience, but also to save you money when your questions, that previously required an office visit, can be adequately answered online.

Online Consultations will not be the ideal service for all patients, but it will serve the needs of many and we are happy to offer this service and convenience to you. The online consultation will generally be thirty dollars depending upon the time spent by the doctor.
Please take the time to register and logon to become part of our electronic practice. When we are completely up and running, your participation will enable you to request appointments, request refills, ask questions and more. We will also be able to remind you of future appointments.

Please note that you are NOT required to supply your social security number and we prefer that you do not. Thank You.
